A conversation with Laura and Griff Hamlin. The pair is a married couple who came together by chance AND by hard work. Laura:After teaching junior high band for 10 years, Laura became a member of the world renowned Disneyland Band on alto saxophone, and only the second woman in history to be named a sub leader, giving her the honor of conducting the band in Town Square, USA.
Griff:Griff has created one of the world's best blues guitar home study  programs. He also talks about his band "Griff Hamlin and the Single Barrel Blues Band". Griff wrote all of the music and does lead vocal. Laura is one of the horns playing amazing horn arrangements by Nashville's late Tim Akers.

Rachael Nicole Gold is a producer, arranger, composer/songwriter /mixing engineer, as well as, a studio & touring musician. She studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Rachael graduated from the Dick Grove School of Music in Los Angeles where she studied arranging and composition under legendary orchestrator/composers such as Dick Grove, Nelson Riddle, Clare Fischer, Tom Scott and Lalo Schifrin.
Rachael was live in-studio sitting behind the keyboard. Let's just say there was an impromptu jam session when I pulled out my flute.

Wow, this conversation really took me by surprise. Mike Del Prete started in one place and totally ended in another. For me there was some jaw dropping moments that were totally unexpected, considering where Mike landed.

He creates acclaimed guitar-based instrumental music, and is a member of leading instrumental bands Snarky Puppy and The Fearless Flyers. As a session musician proficient in a multitude of styles, he has recorded and performed in virtually every genre of popular music with both independent and major-label artists.
This was a very fun and informative interview with Mark. Lots of insight into his character and why he is the player, producer, educator that he is today.
